What is the Fundisa Fund?

  • Fundisa is a unit trust fund that rewards you for investing for education.
  • Your money is invested in an income unit trust, and offers competitive returns.
  • A bonus of an additional amount of 25% of your contributions - to a maximum of R600 per year - is added to your account.
  • The bonus has been made possible through a joint venture between government and the unit trust industry, and is intended to encourage you to save for a child's tertiary education.
