I started my career as an Investment Analyst at a niche fund management house, whereafter I joined Nedcor Investment Bank in 2000 as a fund manager. At Nedgroup Investments my current role as Head of Investments requires me to develop the overall investment strategy, ensure the sustainability of the Best of breed^TMoffering as well as manage the Fund of Funds and Alternative Investments fund ranges.

Promotion of Access to Information Act

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, no 2 of 2000 (the ‘Act’) was enacted on 3 February 2000, giving effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by the state and any information that is held by any other person and that is required for the exercise of protection of any rights. In order for access to information to be granted, certain requirements have to be met.

The Act requires Nedgroup Investments to compile a manual to assist people who want to exercise their right to access to information. This manual, as well as the prescribed request form and fees payable, is available below.

Conflicts of Interest Management Policy

A conflict of interest prejudices or can be seen to prejudice an individual’s objectivity and ability to act in the best interest of our business or our clients.

The Conflicts of Interest Management Policy sets out the standards determined by Nedgroup Investments in respect to avoiding or, where this is not possible, mitigating potential and actual conflicts of interest.
